Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo 2024 is a 13th annual Regional Gathering held in Tokyo, organized by a non profit organization "Scrum Tokyo". Our purpose is to provide a "Ba" (place) where practitioners share ideas among Scrum practitioners having a great diversity.

Sessions

We invite leading experts from Japan and abroad to deliver daily keynote speeches on products and processes. Sessions are widely solicited, refined through community voting and feedback, then rigorously selected by our committee.

The conference's unique feature is not just lectures, but opportunities for spontaneous interaction among participants. We encourage you to engage actively with others, creating a rich learning environment or "Ba".

what people say

Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo is organized by an enthusiastic agile community in Japan. The purpose is to provide a “Ba” (place) where practitioners share ideas among Scrum practitioners having a great diversity. Regional Gatherings provides a unique experience and even if you don't speak Japanese, there are some talks in English and others translated. Join me and the local community on January 5-7, 2024.
Zuzi Sochova
Even among the people I chatted with in the hallways and at drinking parties, I heard more voices than usual saying things like, "It was really hard to choose which session to attend during this time slot..." and "I was torn about which one to participate in right up until the end..." I thought that this kind of conference is quite rare, and it's one of the amazing things about RSGT (many participants said the same thing).
Aki Matsuno
After the three days of RSGT, participants usually end up in a state of intense excitement. They hear about various advanced case studies from outside their companies, talk with well-known figures, and return home with a lot of courage. However, when they go back to their regular work the following week, they are suddenly pulled back to reality. This can be tough if you attended alone! The temperature difference is so great that you might feel like you're about to self-destruct (laughs).
